By signing this Supplement, the GTS CZECH s.r.o. company as the Provider of public telecommunication services assents to the transfer of all rights and duties arising under the above Contract of Public Telecommunication Services Provision from the Transferor onto the Transferee. 2. All rights and duties of the Transferor arising under the above Contract of Telecommunication Services Provision pass to the Transferee effective on the effective date of this Supplement. 3. The transferor affirms by signing this Supplement that as at the date of signature, the transferor has not any unsettled obligations to the Provider except for those that arise between the validity date and effect date of this Supplement. The Transferor by signing this Supplement also undertakes to pay the Provider all charges owed for public telecommunication services provided under the above Contract of Public Telecommunication Services Provision during the billing period of between the signature of this Supplement and its Effective Date, or other amounts charged by the Provider in accordance with the agreement on the provision of publicly available services of electronic communication, which the Provider receives the right to in connection with the agreement on the provision of publicly available services of electronic communication at any time before this Supplement goes into effect. 4. The Transferor and the Transferee by signing this Supplement give their consent with the transferring of rights and duties arising under the above Contract of Public Telecommunication Services Provision in compliance with the above stipulations of this Supplement. 5. This Supplement does not establish any amendments to any other stipulations of the Contract of Public Telecommunication Services Provision, including any of its appendices or supplements. 6. This Supplement makes an integral part of the above Contract and it comes into validity on the date of signature by the authorized representatives of the Provider, the Transferor and the Transferee. In case that the event described in the next sentence does not occur, then this Supplement will enter into effect on the 1st day of the month immediately following the signing of Supplement by authorised representatives of the Provider, Transferor and the Transferee. In the event that this supplement is demonstrably delivered to the Provider after the day on which it is to take effect pursuant to the above sentence, this Supplement will take effect from the 1st day of the month immediately following the delivery of the valid supplement to the Provider. 7. This Supplement is made in three copies, each of them signed and having the validity of original.
