In addition, personnel training records were reviewed to verify that required additional training such as Respiratory Protection, Lock Out/Tag Out, Hazard Communication, Fall Protection and Personal Protection Equipment has been completed. Personnel have received training on all required equipment specific to this department/division to perform assigned work tasks when entering PRCSs. </p><p>2.
