<p> Casual Use Case Specification – Manage Inventory </p><p>Business Rules –  Manage Inventory system should only be available to users with Inventory administrator rights  The following data is required for each inventory item: current quantity, reorder point, product code, name, description, vendor</p><p>Main Success Scenario – Update Inventory Count</p><p>Preconditions – At the moment when the use case begins, the system is: at the Inventory System main menu</p><p>Actor System Selects Manage Inventory from Inventory Displays the Manage Inventory menu System main menu Selects Update Inventory from Manage Connects to inventory database and Inventory menu displays a dialogue window showing: 1. A text input area labeled “Enter product code or description” 2. A button labeled search 3. An empty text area labeled Item Name and Description 4. A hidden field with the message “Item is at or below reorder point” 5. A text input area labeled Quantity. 6. A button labeled Submit 7. A button labeled Edit 8. A button labeled Delete 9. A button labeled Add 10. A button labeled OK 11. A button labeled Search Again</p><p>Inputs product code or description and Searches inventory database and displays clicks Search button item name and description in text field and item quantity in text input area Updates item quantity in text input area Updates item quantity in database and and clicks Submit button checks item reorder point.
