Panorama Circle, D-210 Englewood, CO 80112 509-448-1349</p><p>September 2, 2015</p><p>Advice Letter No. 7</p><p>Doug Dean, Director Colorado Public Utilities Commission 1560 Broadway, Suite 250 Denver, Colorado 80202</p><p>Dear Mr. Dean:</p><p>Advice Letter No. 7 and Passenger Tariff, Colorado PUC No. 7 submitted by Green Mountain Ski Bus, Inc., dba Front Range Ski Bus are submitted on September 3, 2015. </p><p>Tariff No. 7 is to be effective November 1, 2015. </p><p>These rate changes are being made to reflect the actual cost of operations for Ski Bus Operations (Section I) and Red Rocks Operations (Section II). Front Range Ski Bus has seen a 20% increase in driver wages. In addition, in expectation of expanded operations, an increase in rates to Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts due to the expected increased marketing costs.</p><p>The following changes have been made under 3.2.1 Call and Demand Limousine Rates Section (II) and Marketing Incentives between Tariff No. 6 and Tariff No. 7: </p><p>1. One Way Passenger rates have been increased from $35 to $38, an 8.5% increase. 2. Call and Demand Rates have been separated by Section I and II. Section I reflects Ski Bus operations. Section II reflects Red Rocks operations. Date limitations have been deleted. 3. Call and Demand Rates for Section I (Ski Bus operation) a) have been increased from $39 to $47, an 20.5%. 4. Call and Demand Rates for Section I (Ski Bus operations) b)have been increased from $39 to $42, an 7.6% increase. 5. a) Monday through Friday and for scheduled events that allow Two Passengers to ride for the price of one between November 1 and May 15, has been changed to a) Monday through Friday and for scheduled events that allow Two Passengers to ride for the price of one between November 1 and April 30. The end date of the promotion has been changed to April 30 to reflect the end of the actual ski bus operations. 6. b) any passenger who purchases three round-trips will receive a fourth round- trip at no charge between November 1 and May 15; has been changed to b) any passenger who purchases three round-trips will receive a fourth round-trip at no charge between November 1 and April 30.
