<p> Yards Creek Scout Reservation Work Day/Beaver Day Sponsored by FoYCSR</p><p>Sunday, April 14th 8:30 am- 5:00 pm</p><p>The FoYCSR (Friends of Yards Creek Scout Reservation) will be sponsoring a workday at YCSR and we need your help. We would like to invite you to attend and help us tackle a few projects at the camp and to also prepare it for some of the upcoming events this Spring 2013 (Webelos Woods, OA Weekends, Day Camp).</p><p>The following projects will be our focus:</p><p> General Campsite Cleanup- remove debris/leaves from sites due to recent storms.  Repair potholes in roads.  General Camp Cleanup- around dining hall, flag field, edges of roads, parking areas  Improve/Install drainage on road above the Waterfront to prevent beach erosion.  Firewood splitting/stacking</p><p>All Adopt a Site units are expected to spend a couple of hours on their adopted sight doing basic Spring cleanup. We plan on starting early and working until we complete most of the tasks. We need leaf rakes and leaf blowers w/fuel. Please bring any tools that would be appropriate to work on the above projects. Be sure to put your names on your personal tools. Pizza and drinks will be provided for a group lunch.</p><p>Please RSVP to let us know if you are planning on attending so we can have an idea of head count. Thanks in advance for your efforts.
