<p> KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SUNJUWAN JAMMU</p><p>PRIMARY EVS CLUB</p><p>MINUTES OF THE MEETING.</p><p>DATE:28-11-15 VENUE: ROOM-IA TIME :11:30 AM</p><p>As per the schedule ,a meeting was held with primary teachers . Mrs. Meera Mahajan was the convenor of the meeting .</p><p>The following points were discussed:</p><p> The teachers were asked to go through the activity book -“skills in environmental studies.”</p><p> Further teachers teaching EVS in class –I & II were given assignment to correlate the given activities with the themes given in the syllabus. This exercise will be fruitful for the teacher in making her lesson interesting by involving children.</p><p> Teachers were also told not to spoon feed the students rather encourage them to interpret answers on their own.</p><p> Sample question papers or exercises must be given to them with an aim to provide them practice for appearing in formal tests. </p><p> Teachers teaching classes –VA, B &C will prepare the students for activity on “Blow Hot ; Blow Cold.”to be presented during the morning assembly.</p><p> Lastly , the book on skills in environmental studies (PDF.)was sent on their email IDs. Singing few lines on Swachta while picking up the litter and garbage added to their energy level.  The lines are as follow: “Chale Chalo –Chale Chalo; Shram Daan karte chalo; Aao sab milkar ; Bharat ko swachch banane ka Modi ji ka sapna saakar Karen .”------meera mahajan.</p><p> This month we have set the following targets for the month of December and January .  Picnic </p><p> Coats , masks and gloves for student members .</p><p> Preparation for raising day. </p><p> Rally in the surrounding areas.
