<p> Declaration</p><p>I / We owner /Proprietor/ authorized person of M/s ______and vendor code who are engaged in transportation of petroleum product with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, hereby declare that, I/we am/are engaged in the service of providing Good Transport Agency only on which total tax is liable to be paid on reverse charge basis by recipient of such service under section 9(3) of the CGST Act, 2017 as a category of person exempt from registration under the CGST Act 2017.
