Please use correct grammar and punctuation. Please make your answers complete sentences.

1.) What did I do wrong?

I got into trouble for hitting others. Now I have to write this essay. I know something has to happen to me for hitting others and for breaking the school rule of not fighting and not hitting others.

2.) Why is that wrong?

I know it is wrong to hit others. It breaks the school rule. I know that if I don’t follow the rules, other people, as well as myself, will suffer. The class is disrupted. I get a bad reputation. Other kids will stay away from me. I could be badly hurt in a fight. I get sent to the Principal and I miss what is going on in class and that means I get behind.

3.) What should I do?

Hitting hurts others and I don’t have the right to hurt others. I know how to handle my problems without hitting or fighting. If I see a fight coming, I will walk away from it before it gets started. I will say to myself, “I will not hit others and I will not fight. If I am tempted to hit others, I will put my hands in my pockets and move my two feet below me and get out of there.”

4.) What good things will happen to me?

I know that if I can stop myself from hitting and fighting, good things will happen to me. I won’t have to copy this essay again. Teachers, my parents, and other students will see me setting a good example. I will have more friends. I will be able to stay in my class and keep up with my work. Others will see that I can control myself. I will be happier.
