Join us!</p><p>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</p><p>In support of our continuing growth we are looking to add a Business Development Manager to our dynamic and growing team in Grand Rapids. The individual in this position will be responsible for finding new business opportunities for LOGICDATA North America. This includes hunting for new prospects that fit the company’s desired customer profile, preparing meetings and presentations, promoting products through marketing efforts, driving the closure of business wins, and managing new accounts. </p><p>What you will do:  Establish and develop relationships with new customers and manage business with existing customers  Be the voice of the customer and handle all communication between customer, company and parent company  Develop strategic plans to bring in new business as well as create and implement successful product launches  Promote the company’s products by addressing customers’ objectives  Negotiate, communicate and document terms, pricing and contracts  Educate customers on technical features on company products  Coordinate the integration of company products into customer products  Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competition  Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts  Provide input on pricing strategies and maintain price lists  Address customer concerns regarding delivery times and quality  Provide input for advertising, marketing and sales budgets  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs  Provide input and help develop strategies for new product introductions  Be enthusiastic about LOGICDATA’s vision and mission</p><p>What we expect:  At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales position, electronics preferred  Previous work experience working in the furniture industry is desirable  A strong focus on timely customer service  Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about personal success  Excellent communication and technical writing skills  Ability to create positive impressions with new customers, business partners and staff  Ability to travel 50% of the time (Domestic & Internationally)  Computer literate in MS office and CRM software  Self-motivated, quick learner, detail oriented and precise  Works independently and as part of a team  Willing to work hard to meet deadlines, no matter what  Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment</p><p>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:</p><p>A competitive salary accompanied by full benefits including health & life, 401(k), invitations to fun events, tuition reimbursement, opportunities to travel and a casual work environment.</p>
