<p> WEST KIRBY SAILING CLUB</p><p>Albacore Northern Champioships</p><p>Saturday & Sunday 23rd & 24th September 2017 ENTRY FORM & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY</p><p>1 The event will be run under the Racing Rules of Sailing with RYA prescriptions and Class Association rules, except as stated in the sailing instructions. </p><p>2 All entrants must sign a declaration that they have valid third party insurance for a minimum of £3,000,000 and a valid class certificate. </p><p>3 All boats must have adequate buoyancy and personal buoyancy must be of an approved design and worn at all times when afloat, amending RRS 40.</p><p>4 The safety of a boat and her entire management shall be the sole responsibility of the owner/competitor racing the boat, who must ensure that the boat and crew are adequate to face the conditions that may arise during the course of the race. Neither the sailing instructions nor the inspection of the boat under these conditions in any way limits or reduces the absolute responsibility of the owner/competitor for the crew, the boat and the management thereof. The race organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, howsoever caused, to the owner/competitor, the skipper or crew, as a result of their taking part in the race or races. Moreover every owner/competitor is absolutely responsible for the suitability of the boat for the race or races.</p><p>5 All participants are visitors of West Kirby Sailing Club for the duration of the event, and will be required to sign the Visitors Book and be bound by Club rules.
