<p> Marie Amey-Taylor, Ed. D. Founding Partner of InterACTion Consulting Group Adjunct Professor, Adult and Organizational Development Program, Department of Psychological, Organizational and Leadership Studies, College of Education, Temple University Executive Coach, Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute, Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, Bryn Mawr College Learning & Development Consultant, Temple University Human Resources Department and Temple Center for Social Policy and Community Development. Former Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Department, Temple University Doctoral degree in Psycho-Educational Processes/Adult and Organizational Development and a master’s degree in Urban Education and Policy Studies, College of Education, Temple University. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.</p><p>Her research interests and activities in the areas of diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion have included her doctoral research on diversity practitioners entitled “Diversity Trainers: Personal Profiles, Paradigms and Practices;” numerous articles in which her work as a diversity practitioner has been featured; designing and delivering hundreds of diversity related programming in academic, profit, not-for- profit, community and volunteer settings; and conceptualizing, developing and facilitating a diversity model, “Kaleidoscope Diversity Identity Model,” which has been delivered to over 1,000 participants and students in a variety of educational and professional development settings.</p><p>She is the founder and director of InterACTion, an improvisational theater troupe which is composed of diverse actors/facilitators with extensive backgrounds in organizational development and training, human services program design/coordination and qualitative and quantitative research in the fields of cultural and medical anthropology. Performing before thousands, the troupe has received national recognition.
