<p> Eighth Grade Washington D.C. Scholarship Application Trip Dates: May 15-18, 2018</p><p>It is our goal that all eighth grade students attend the annual Washington D.C. trip. With that in mind, we understand that there may be situations where scholarships are necessary to help achieve this goal. Families have the opportunity to apply for funding. </p><p>PLEASE NOTE: This scholarship was established to help families who truly need financial assistance.</p><p>------</p><p>To be considered, students must meet the following requirements:</p><p>Must make 3 deposits of $50 on deposit due dates ($150 total)</p><p>Application must be completed and turned in by Oct. 6, 2017</p><p>All requirements of the application must be met to be considered for a scholarship. . There is no guarantee scholarships will cover the entire cost of the trip. Therefore, what is unable to be covered by the scholarship is the responsibility of the student/parent.</p><p>Student’s First & Last Name Date</p><p>Adult Requesting Scholarship & Relationship to Student Date</p><p>Total cost for May 15-18, 2018 trip will be $500.Payments can be made on PayForIt Deposit Due Dates: $150 – October 6, 2017 $150 – December 1, 2017 $200 – February 16, 2018</p><p>REFUNDS: Up to and including November 10, 2017 – amount paid minus $50 Up to and including February 9, 2018 – amount paid minus $75 All requests after April 13, 2018 – amount paid minus $100</p><p>NOTE: STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO IF FORMS AND/OR MONEY ARE NOT RECEIVED ON TIME.</p>
