For more information contact Michelle Crum @ (850)210-8831 or (850)926-0914 OR Email: [email protected]. </p><p>INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES</p><p>PRODUCTS: Exhibitors are encouraged to sell items that support the holiday theme or that might be purchased as gifts. The committee has the right to pull any item that they think is not fit or inappropriate to sell at the event. SET UP: All exhibitors furnish their own set up including tables, chairs, tents, etc. Marketplace will be setup next to the Big Top Supermarket in Panacea. After unloading, vehicles will be moved to a designated parking area. Vendors must be setup by 3:00 p.m. MARKETPLACE HOURS: The Christmas Marketplace hours are Saturday, December 3, 2016, 4:00 p.m. – 8 p.m. DETAILS: Spaces size will be 10 x 10. Booths will be assigned in the order the applications are received. Unfortunately, we do not have electrical or water available at the sites, the grounds will be lit by large portable lights, but we encourage the use of your own generators if you need light in your booth. Christmas lights are a great way to light them up. TAXES: Each Exhibitor is responsible for the collection and payment of any state, local, and federal taxes. CONFIRMATION: If you have given an email address, you will receive confirmation via that address. If you don’t have an email address or would prefer notification by mail, please enclose a self-address stamped envelope for confirmation of your space. Free food and Beverages will be served by volunteers after the Parade. So therefore, we are not accepting food vendors.</p>
