<p> 17th Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction of Greater Hampton Roads</p><p>For the past 17 years, chefs from across Hampton Roads have come together in a tasty blend of creativity and talent to present their best dishes. Although seasoned with a bit of personal pride, top chefs have come out time and again because of the funds and awareness raised by this annual culinary confederation. This year will be no different. With over 400 people attending, funds are raised through ticket sales, auction packages and Fund The Mission donations. Sample fine dining from 20 chefs and join in on some lively bidding. Eric’s culinary career began in 1988 and for the past five years, he has served as a chef at The Founders Inn and Spa. During twelve years with Club Corp, Eric worked in a variety of properties from golf and country clubs to flagship hotels. He was the Executive Chef at Greenbrier Country Club and Executive Sous Chef at Piedmont Club, Winston-Salem NC. One of his primary goals is to cross train his staff. He knows that the most creative, best prepared meals are orchestrated with flexibility and versatility. </p><p>“It’s important that cooks can cook anywhere in the kitchen, at any time,” says Chef Eric. </p><p>Chef Eric and his team are honored to return as event hosts of the March of Dimes Signature Chef’s Auction.
