<p> Mother Catherine Academy Rules for the Queen of Hearts Raffle </p><p>1. Utilize the Queen of Hearts manufacturer’s raffle board. The board has been developed specifically for this Raffle Game. The board has 54 sealed numbered cards. Under the sealed cards and randomly placed is a deck of poker cards with 2 Jokers. </p><p>Playing the Queen of Hearts Raffle Game </p><p>1 Tickets will be sold for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. 2 Drawing date will start Saturday, 4 June 2016 at BINGO Intermission at MCA between 8:00 and 8:30 pm. 3 The purchaser holding the winning ticket will pick a card from the board. 4 To win the pot, you must pick the Queen of Hearts from the Raffle board. 5 If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn, the pot rolls over to the next week. 6 The pot will continue to build until the Queen of Hearts is drawn; this could take up to 54 weeks. 7 If you are not going to be present at the drawing, you must declare a numbered card from the board and write the number on your Raffle ticket stub and an MCA Member will open your numbered card selected. Winners will receive the same percentage of jackpot regardless of whether they are present. 8 If the winning ticket holder picks the Queen of Hearts, they will receive 60% of the pot. 20% will go to MCA and 20% goes back to the jackpot. 9 MCA will withhold all taxes from winnings where applicable. You will be required to provide proper identification and information for taxes. All tickets and monies will be accounted for by MCA in accordance with all Department of Charitable Gaming requirements. 10 If it appears that the Charitable Gaming License may expire prior to the Raffle game being played out, then tickets will be sold and drawn the last night before license expiration, until someone draws the Queen of Hearts and wins the current pot. 11 Ticket sales start on Sunday, 29 May 2016 at MCA. 12 Drawings will be held every Saturday starting 4 June 2016 at MCA BINGO during Intermission between 8:00 and 8:30 pm.</p>
