<p> FENTON UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FALL FESTIVAL/CRAFT FAIR 2012 SATURDAY OCTOBER 6, 2012 11:00am-5:00pm</p><p>GENERAL INFORMATION</p><p>Indoor and Outdoor spaces available!</p><p>CRAFTERS SILENT AUCTION DONATION Each crafter is to donate an item ($20.00 value) to the church silent auction as part of your participation at the Fall Festival. You may include your advertisement if you wish. </p><p>SHOW HOURS: Advertised show hours will be from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Please have displays ready by 10:30am. If a space is vacant at 10:00am, we reserve the right to use that space.</p><p>SET-UP: Set-up time on Friday evening is available from 6:00pm-9:00pm for indoor spaces only. The church will be open at 7:00am Saturday morning. Set-up after the appointed time and removal prior to 5:00pm WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. A table cloth or other covering is REQUIRED in order to make displays as attractive as possible. </p><p>EXHIBITOR PARKING: Crafters may unload next to the fellowship hall or near handicap entrance. After unloading, please park on the outer spaces of the church lot to allow for more spaces for your patrons.</p><p>SPACE RENTAL: Spaces (approx. size 9’x10’) are available for $20.00 fee before September 1, 2012 and one item to be donated to the church silent auction the day of the festival. (After September 1, 2012 the space fee will increase to $30.00). Each space includes one oblong table and two chairs. JEWELRY crafters will be limited. </p><p>ELECTRICITY: Limited spaces with electricity are available outdoors. You must provide your own extension cords. If for any reason the cord will cross an aisle, it must be taped to the floor using painter’s tape and covered completely. FOOD: Ham and turkey dinners will be on sale throughout the day in the fellowship hall. Complimentary coffee, iced tea or lemonade will be provided for crafters until 6:00pm. (EACH CRAFT BOOTH INCLUDES 1 MEAL TICKET)</p><p>BUILDING REGULATIONS: NO smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted.</p><p>COURTESY: Crafters MUST stay within their designated space markers. Small children must be attended at all times, for their safety, as well as out of respect for the property of other exhibitors and customers shopping or eating a meal. Fenton United Methodist Church does not provide childcare. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning and disposal of all trash from their area.</p><p>CANCELLATIONS: Crafters may receive a refund before September 1, 2012. </p><p>DIRECTIONS: to Fenton United Methodist Church, 800 Gravois Rd., Fenton, MO 63026 (636)343-5010: FROM HIGHWAY 270: Exit going west on Hwy 30, take 141 ramp toward Fenton/Valley Park and turn left onto 141 S. FROM HIGHWAY 44: Go south on 141, turn right on Gravois Rd., go to end at 800 Gravois Rd.</p>
