We practice mindfulness meditation followed by a reading/contemplation based in basic Buddhist teachings (the Paramitas, the 4 Noble Truths, the 4 Immeasurables) and sharing, and we close with tonglen. The group is co-facilitated by by a senior teacher in the Tibetan tradition of Chogyam Trungpa, and a senior dharma art teacher, who also has had a long career as a trauma counsellor, art therapist, and teacher of other helping professionals.
