Billboard replacements in the Harnett County Overlay District.  Attended informational session on Fort Bragg Alternative Transportation Plan.  Met with Town of Lillington, Erwin and Dunn staff to discuss potential greenway, bike and pedestrian plans for Harnett County.  Met with new County Engineer and discussed future regulations for storm water & erosion control efforts for Harnett County.  Met with the Economic Development staff regarding the replatting of lots for the Edgerton Industrial Park.  Met with new Economic Development Director and discussed how both Planning and the Economic Development Departments could work together. Ongoing  Continue working on the Airport Overlay presentations to boards, etc.  Update web site for Planning.  Junkyard Project.  Harnett County Comprehensive Transportation Plan development  Continued Angier & Erwin Planning.  Development of the Problem Properties Task Force.  Continued work towards the creation of the Problem Properties Task Force.  Continued research for new mobile home standards.  Hazard Mitigation Plan update. Hold  Neill’s Creek Land Use Plan.  Development of the Unified Development Ordinance.  Development of a new PUD section for the Zoning Ordinance.  Continued development of the Countywide Land Use Plan rewrite with Western Harnett Small Area Plan in partnership with Sustainable Sandhills. (Until Airport overlay is complete) </p>
