CSHA Rules will be used as guidelines. Go to www.trailtrials.com Rules</p><p>2. Decision of the judges will be final. No arguing, complaining or challenging of judges can be grounds for disqualification.</p><p>3. YOUTH Riders 17 years and under must ride with an approved ASTM /SEI Riding helmet. Must have parent/legal guardian on show grounds to compete.</p><p>4. Horses must be fit and sound in judges and/or on site veterinarian’s opinion in order to compete.</p><p>5. Riders may not abuse animals for any reason. Doing so is grounds for Disqualification.</p><p>6. In novice, amateur, youth or open classes one rider and one animal is consider a team. In packers class one rider, one lead /string animal and one fully packed Animal is considered a team.</p><p>7. A team may enter only once per division. </p><p>8. Amateur will compete before the open division on Saturday. Amateur rider has not received monies for giving lessons, training or riding horses in the last 5 years. Open division is open to any rider</p><p>9. Novice rider must not have placed higher than 3rd in CSHA, ACTHA, EXCA. AHCA,ETI, Cowboy Challenge, Trail Trial or any Horse Show Trail Class.</p><p>10. Riding animals must not be ridden with tiedowns, mechanical hackamores, gag bits, or any other training devices. I.E. martingales or training forks.</p><p>11. All riding animals will be ridden in a saddle. No bareback pads.</p><p>12. Contestants must be ready to ride when ring steward calls name and/ or Number to enter arena.</p><p>13. Although this is NOT a speed event due to time constraints, you will have 7 minutes to complete the course.* Subject to amount of entries.</p><p>14. Course obstacles will not be available until the day of event.</p><p>15. Should a distraction from inside or outside the arena be so great as to Inhibit the contestant from competing, and at the managements discretion a Team will be granted a re-ride. If so the re-ride will take place at the end of the time block round.</p><p>16. There will be no walk thru on course. Riders will be given a set of instructions at sign-in. 17. Disqualified teams will not be given a refund. 18.
