General Education: Mike Bitter </p><p>Senate Presentations </p><p>Ad Hoc Parking Committee Report </p><p>Ad Hoc PR Committee Report</p><p>Old Business</p><p>Second reading and vote on the bylaws amendments</p><p>Vote: Vote on by-laws amendments passed 18-0.</p><p>New Business</p><p>Adjournment of 2013-2014 Faculty Congress</p><p>Motion to adjourn: Mitch Anderson, seconded by Brian Bays, passed unanimously.</p><p>2014-2015 Faculty Congress Convenes</p><p>New Members were installed: Faith Mishima, Vladimir Scarcoff, Jesse Goldman, Roberta Bara, Kathleen Stacey, and Mary Louise Haraguchi</p><p>Nominations for Officers:</p><p>Kim Furumo nominated Avis Masuda for Secretary.</p><p>Kim Furumo nominated Jan Ray for Vice Chair.</p><p>Mitch Anderson nominated Kim Furumo for Chair. All were elected by acclimation.</p><p>Incoming Chair Kim Furumo indicated that the Congress is still in search of a student member. She confirmed that the monthly schedule of meetings every third Friday of the month will be maintained, with an Executive Committee meeting a few days prior according to schedules of the committee chairs and officers.</p><p>Appointment of Committee Chairs</p><p>Kim Furumo appointed Mitch Anderson as Chair of the Program Review Committee, Seri Luangphinith as Chair of the Assessment Committee, Jim Beets as Chair of the Academic Policy Committee, Michael Bitter as Chair of the General Education Committee, Roberta Bara as Chair of the Budget Committee, Faith Mishima as Chair of SSA, and Norbert Furumo for CRC.</p><p>All Committee Chairs were approved by a vote of 17-0. </p><p>Adjournment</p><p>Mitch Anderson moved to adjourn, Jan Ray seconded, passed unanimously.</p><p>Respectfully Submitted,</p><p>Mark Panek</p><p>Outgoing Congress Secretary</p>
