<p> ® INDUSTRIAL FASTENERS INSTITUTE</p><p>IFI SOARING EAGLE AWARDS NOMINATION FORM The Soaring Eagle Awards program was established in 2001 by IFI’s Associate Division (ASD) and is the highest award granted by the IFI to individuals for distinguished service and/or outstanding technical contribution. More specifically, the awards fall under two categories.</p><p>IFI Soaring Eagle Service Award IFI Soaring Eagle Technology Award</p><p>The IFI Soaring Eagle Service Award recognizes The IFI Soaring Eagle Technology Award recognizes individuals who have provided leadership and individuals who through extensive experience have distinguished service to the Industrial Fasteners made significant contributions to the technical Institute (IFI) and/or significant contributions to advancement of the fastener industry. Contributions the health and well-being of the mechanical may include extensive work on fastener standards fastener industry at large. Contributions may development, the publication of acclaimed principles include extensive work in IFI committees and or documents and/or through the development of divisions or other fastener industry groups fastener related equipment, products, or processes which have been widely acknowledged as advancements in fastener technology.</p><p>A nomination may be developed by either an individual, an Ad Hoc group, or the IFI Awards Committee. The awards are granted solely on merit.
