<p>How to be set up with access to the administrative area of TennisLink Tournaments</p><p>If you need to have access to the administrative area of TennisLink Tournaments you must first contact [email protected] otherwise you can’t be added as a tournament director or referee to a tournament application form.</p><p>1. In the subject line of your email please indicate what role you should have (i.e. Tournament Director, Referee or USTA Staff such as Section or District staff person). </p><p>2. TennisLink will then add you to the appropriate database so that you can perform your administrative functions. </p><p> a. You cannot use the same number for multiple roles. For example, you cannot use your USTA number to be a tournament director and referee. </p><p> b. If you need to be set up with multiple roles please indicate that in your email. You would state that you are already set up as a tournament director with a certain number but you need another number to be set up as a referee. Provide us with the number you currently use for a specific role. </p><p> c. If you don’t have a USTA number we can set you up with an internal number to use for administrative rights. Please indicate in your email that you do not have a USTA number. </p><p>3. Once you have administrative access to TennisLink Tournaments you can be assigned as tournament director or referee to a tournament. </p><p>4. You will now be able to login to TennisLink Tournaments using your USTA Account. </p><p>Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or need further assistance. </p>
