<p> 20th Annual Hank Snow Tribute August 19 B 22, 2009 Bridgewater Exhibition Grounds</p><p>The first Hank Snow Tribute had a flat-bed truck as a stage, power from portable generators, and an audience of dedicated fans. Twenty years later, the Tribute is one of the most anticipated classic country events of the summer.</p><p>Musicians interested in playing at this year=s Tribute are asked to submit a completed Application Form by March 31, 2010. Each year, most groups find a local sponsor for their set and your sponsor’s name is printed in the program at your time slot as your individual sponsor. The sponsor’s name is also announced to the audience by the emcee when you are being introduced. It is a great opportunity for only $50, but it is not mandatory.</p><p>A sample of music is requested but not required. Links to websites or Ayoutube@ videos are welcome. Musicians may also refer to past shows they have participated in, or other relevant information that will assist in choosing this year=s performers.</p><p>The Annual Hank Snow Tribute is presented by The Friends of Hank Snow Society, in support of the Hank Snow Country Music Centre and Museum. It is held thanks to many volunteers, sponsors, fans, and musicians who contribute their time and talents every year. </p><p>As plans progress, more information will be posted on our website, www.hanksnow.com.
