<p>Field Trip Information All field trips require that you provide your own transportation (carpooling is required, there will be no single riders). Field trips will continue rain or shine, so dress appropriately!</p><p>Field Trip for Spring 2012 is set for Saturday March 24. It will be a 1/2 –day trip looking at the geology of the Hart Park area. </p><p>Please arrive at the northernmost parking lot (with the solar panels) before the 8AM departure time, and be ready to depart at 8. </p><p>Please dress appropriately and comfortably for the trip and forecast weather. You will need:  Something to write with and on (there will be a worksheet provided, that is due at the end of the trip or you will not get credit),  Food, water, a full tank of gas (although you may end up riding with someone), money for snacks. You may want:  Something to collect samples in,  A rock hammer if you have one, and a chisel,  A camera</p><p>Required Forms To attend any field trip you will need to fill out the attached forms (you can sign up on the day of the trip too, but most of you are already signed up). All Students must have signed Form A and Form D. For students in the live classes, this will have to be done 1 week before the trip, and I will have the required forms in class. For students who are younger than 18 years, I must have the authorization of a parent or guardian to attend the trip (Form B) or you will not be allowed to attend.</p><p>FORM A FORM D FORM B</p>
