How do you get inside your child's head, give them perspective on their priorities, their thought processes, and their values and beliefs in order to move them into effective and positive adult decision-making? Maybe you have you experienced a situation like this:

A dad brings his teen son to me for help with anxiety and tentativeness playing his sport.

As I am working with his son, I can see the dad nodding his head in agreement as I am teaching him the mental toughness principles.

A few days after the session, the dad reports back that his son's performance has improved dramatically and is playing with amazing confidence.

He tells me he said to his son, "Craig didn't teach you much that I haven't taught you... what made the difference?"

He laughs when he tells me his son's response back: "Dad, it's the WAY he taught me."

As a parent myself I get it! Sometimes they just don't listen because the message is coming from you.

Sometimes, it's the right metaphor or story that breaks through the wall that we all put up about new learning.

Sometimes, the student has to know that the methods have been extremely successful with other students before him.

Sometimes, it just takes an outsider to do the teaching.

What I do differently than most coaches or sports psychologists with great success is to use powerful tools to tap into the subconscious mind where the beliefs are stored. This makes major changes for life!

So how do you get this mental performance training for your athlete?

Tap here to get started right now.

Thanks for everything! He won his meet the day he saw you and then his next tournament-that was amazing because he was sick and had had little sleep and he just won by Heart and Drive. Marianne G., parent of a Varsity wrestler

You are simply masterful at helping teens with peak performance. As the parent of 2 teens, I have used your techniques with amazing success for them and myself. I have been telling everyone I know about you. Thank you so much for helping all 3 of us eliminate those mental blocks. Ellin S., parent

Craig helped me change the way I play the game of baseball forever. He connected with me on a very personal and individual level and created a process tailored for me. Beyond baseball, Craig's tools have helped me handle and address many important aspects of my life not just today but for the long term.
