<p> AAHA Board Meeting 12/10/2007</p><p>Attendees: Tom Heenan, Mike Goodchild, Debbie Goodchild, Tom Reese, Mike Larabell, Pam West , Tony Pudlo, Heidi Kozlowicz, Chris Henwood</p><p>Absent: Dave King, Susan Bush</p><p>Guest attendees, coaches’ coordinators, Todd Schmidt, Gregg Anderson</p><p>Todd and Gregg presented several issues that they would like the board to take under consideration. All of the issues will need to be presented to the board at future meetings so the board will have time to investigate and discuss the issues. </p><p>December 19 coaches meeting, Kirk Olson, will discuss nutrition Encourage a better return of coaching evaluations Full practice ice for Bantam A&B, Pee Wee A&B, JV&Varsity. (Board explained the problem with full ice is lack of available ice and ice cost Concerns regarding waivers (Heidi explained procedure and problems she is encountering with these) Evaluations in spring not fall. (Board has previously discussed this issue)</p><p>Vice President: Tom Heenan</p><p>Raffle license approved. Raffle tickets are expected to be distributed January 1, 2008. Mandatory for each family is $75 including Mite C. Tickets will be distributed through the team managers. </p><p>Proposal: Frigid Frolic committee asked the board to consider the following proposal: </p><p>Motion by Tom Heenan Any AAHA family that brings 2 people from outside the organization would receive one volunteer credit.</p><p>Board opposed, motion denied</p><p>High School Director: Mike Goodchild</p><p>No report</p><p>House Director: Tom Reese</p><p>December 17 will be Mite C tryouts. Skaters must have fee at time of tryouts. Evaluations will be done by Dave Bishop and Mike Larabell Girls’ Director: Pam West</p><p>No report</p><p>Sponsorship Director: Tony Pudlo</p><p>Booklets were completed and available at Chix with Stix Tournament</p><p>Registrar: Heidi Kozlowicz</p><p>Coaches’ information is missing as well as birth certificates. Heidi is attempting to obtain this information from team managers and parents as it is needed for team rosters that are due to WAHA by December 31.</p><p>Member services Director: Mike Larabell</p><p>No report</p><p>Secretary: Debbie Goodchild</p><p>November minutes approved.</p><p>New Business</p><p>Proposal: Power skating and practice for December 31will be canceled.
