Demuth pursuant to public notice posted at the principal office of the board at least forty-eight (48) hours before the time of the meeting. </p><p>MINUTE 08-18 ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 14, 2008 MEETING OF THE BOARD </p><p>R. Bushong moved to approve the minutes of the January 14, 2008 meeting of the board. E. Lynch seconded the motion.
