<p> Loyal St. Anthony PCCW Minutes April 3, 2017</p><p>1. Secretary’s report from March 6th, 2017 was read and approved.</p><p>2. Treasurer’s Report March month-end checkbook balance: $6,342.88. 3. Funerals-next circles to provide bars are:</p><p> St. Theresa  Our Lady of Fatima  St. Cecelia</p><p>Old Business: 1. Crush cans: All cans must be crushed. LuAnn Rueth gave a demo of how to use the electric can opener – there needs to be a little more work done on the opener.</p><p>2. Grocery store: Main one is Hanson’s in Neillsville since they will deliver. Gordy’s in Spencer will be an emergency backup or used as needed.</p><p>3. Low Sunday: weekend after Easter – DCCW collection will happen at Sat 4pm – Millie will coordinate and Sun 10:30 Kerrie Schuette will coordinate. Motion made/pass not to collect at Sun 7:30 pm mass Judy Zettler/Kerri Schuette.</p><p>4. General Assembly April 20th: at St. Anthony’s. </p><p> Registration table: Name tags will be used with 1st name and parish listed. Mary Kay Behnke and Janet Beyerl volunteered.</p><p> Reception setup: 2 pm Lois Becker, Betty Loos and Lori Gregorich will set tables.</p><p> Food Prep and serving: Kerry Schuette and Debbie Gries volunteered.</p><p> Lois Becker is doing decorations. Debbie Gries will obtain buns and bring punch.</p><p>New Business: 5. Graduation Brunch: May 21st Julie Poehnelt will order visor clips. Junior mother will organize breakfast.</p><p>6. Mother’s Day Pot Luck: 6 pm with meeting at 6:30. Donations to House of Hope and Hannah Center last month was in honor of Mother’s Day.</p><p>7. Reminder: Changes to circle roster: Please return your edited roster to Debbie Gries so changes can be made on the master spreadsheet.</p><p>8.
