Residence was secure.</p><p>12/03/14 OFF DUTY CALLOUT / PUBLIC ACCIDENT Called out for a stranded motorist on F.S. Road 6306. Subject slid into a tree while searching for a Christmas Tree. </p><p>12/04/14 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE Deputy Ormsby, D.P.S. and Winslow P.D. responded to a reported domestic violence incident in the area of SR87, milepost 333.</p><p>12/05/14 K9 CERTIFICATIONS Attended NPCA K9 certifications in Prescott Valley.</p><p>12/08/14 TRAINING Attended Taser training in Flagstaff.</p><p>12/09/14 ASSIST OTHER AGENCY / K9 NARCOTIC SNIFF Assisted Flagstaff Police Department with a lockdown drill/K9 sniff at the Coconino High School. K9 Kiko alerted on a backpack, which contained approximately 1.1 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe.</p><p>12/09/14 TRAINING Attended MILO training in Flagstaff.</p><p>12/10/14 NON-INJURY ACCIDENT Responded to a single vehicle accident on FH 3, milepost 306.4.</p><p>12/11/14 OFF-DUTY CALLOUT /RESIDENTIAL CHECK Called out for a residential check in Clear Creek Pines Unit 6. Residence was secure.</p><p>12/14/14 SUICIDAL SUBJECT Responded to Clear Creek Pines Units 8&9 for a report of a suicidal subject. </p><p>12/15/14 RESIDENTIAL ALARM Responded to a residential alarm in Starlight Pines. Residence was secure.</p><p>12/17/14 NON-INJURY ACCIDENT Responded to a single vehicle accident on FH 3, milepost 303.4.</p><p>12/17/14 NON-INJURY ACCIDENT While at the scene of the above accident, another vehicle slid off the opposite side of the road.</p><p>12/17/14 INJURY ACCIDENT Responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on FH 3, milepost 311.7.</p><p>12/23/14 OFF-DUTY CALLOUT/RESIDENTIAL ALARM/BURGLARY Responded to residence in Mogollon Ranch for a residential alarm. Driver was arrest for DUI. I transported D.P.S. All motor vehicles should be kept clear of the streets to expedite snow removal operations and to prevent damage to county snowplows or private vehicles. Any motor vehicle parked in a manner that presents an obstacle to efficient snow removal operations may be cited by the Sheriff's Office and may be towed away and stored at the owner's expense.</p>
