Ms. Athey made a motion, seconded by Ms. Hanson to approve the minutes as presented. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>UNFINISHED BUSINESS</p><p>There was no unfinished business for the Board to review at this time.</p><p>NEW BUSINESS Board of Landscape Architects Minutes - 12/12/2005 Page 2 Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity – Michael McIntyre</p><p>The Board reviewed Michael McIntyre’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Mr. Westhelle made a motion, seconded by Ms. Hanson to approve Michael McIntyre’s application contingent upon receipt of verifications of licensure in good standing from Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Utah, and Wisconsin. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity – Joel DelliCarpini</p><p>The Board reviewed Joel DelliCarpini’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Ms. Athey made a motion, seconded by Mr. Sherman, to table Joel DelliCarpini’s application for verification of his passing scores on the L.A.R.E. exam and verification of licensure in good standing from Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and Virginia. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for to take the L.A.R.E. Examination – Hee Yeun Yoon</p><p>The Board reviewed Hee Yeun Yoon’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Ms. Athey made a motion, seconded by Mr. Sturm, to approve Hee Yeun Yoon’s application to take the L.A.R.E. exam. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Schedule 2006 Board Meeting Dates</p><p>The Board reviewed the calendar for 2006. Mr. Sturm made a motion, seconded by Ms. Hanson to meet on March 9, 2006, May 9, 2006, August 3, 2006 and November 9, 2006. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Other Business Before the Board (For Discussion Only) </p><p>Graphics Examination</p><p>The Board discussed the possibility of having CLARB administer the graphic portion of the exams. Mr. Sturm asked Mr. Oswell to provide the Board with a list of States and how they handle the graphics exams for the next meeting.</p><p>Newsletter</p><p>The Board discussed the possibility of a semi-annual email newsletter. The newsletter would be used to inform licensees of rules changes, renewals and information from the Division. Mr. Oswell will work on creating a newsletter for the Board to review at its next scheduled meeting.</p><p>Public Comment</p><p>There was no public comment.</p><p>Next Meeting Date </p><p>The Board will hold a meeting on March 9, 2006 at 9:00 am in Conference Room “B” of the Cannon Bldg., 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover, Delaware, 19904.
