<p> Camaraderie Award Sponsored by the Multicultural Greek Council </p><p>Chapter Name: ______Fall 2015 Chapter Semester GPA: ______Name of Person Completing Application: ______Email: ______</p><p>Purpose: The Multicultural Greek Council Camaraderie Award purpose is to recognize an organization outside of the council who has made strides to bridge the gap between the different councils and promote Greek unity at Wichita State University.</p><p>Eligibility:  Organization must not be a part of the Multicultural Greek Council.  Organization must maintain 2.5 or higher as chapter.  Organization must complete application the packet and submit a 500 word essay which demonstrates how they have made strides to support the Multicultural Greek Council and create a sense of Greek unity on campus.</p><p>Please complete the following information and return with:</p><p>1. Include an essay on how your chapter has demonstrated support toward the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) and its member chapters. Include in the essay why you feel Greek Unity is important. The essay should be between 400- 500 words, 12 point Times New Roman font and double spaced.</p><p>2. All documents should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line: “{Name}, {Chapter}, {Award Title}.” Please make sure you receive a confirmation email following the submission of your award. If you do not receive an email, re- submit or do a follow-up with Chad Warrick (316) 978-7016, do not assume your application has been received. Email errors will not allow for an application to be accepted late. Applications are due by 12 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2015. A.
