Your name for the image credit: Click here to enter text. </p><p>Step 2 – read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and tick yes if you agree 1 Terms and conditions</p><p>2 Image requirements  Please submit the maximum quality JPEG, no smaller than 2048 X 1536 pixels.</p><p> Image file name must be in the format:</p><p>LOCATION/PARK _SUBJECT (of photo) ©(photographer credit) e.g. DAguilar National Park_ Pitta circuit© Joe Citizen</p><p> Images must be in full colour.</p><p> We will accept digitally enhanced images, in that features of the photograph may be “improved” using various methods i.e. USM, levels, exposure and tonal adjustments (localised or otherwise).</p><p> We prefer landscape oriented shots but portrait is OK too.</p><p> We prefer to use images where the people in them are not recognisable. We are happy to receive images that do not have people in them too.</p><p> An image must be taken at a site from the locations list of our Queensland national parks. Your submission details must specify which site the image was taken in the online form and in the file name.</p><p> You may submit as many images as you wish – but please do so using a separate email for each image or use file-sharing software . They can be submitted to [email protected]. </p><p> Please complete this form in full and submit the form to the above email address.</p><p>3 Photographers’ responsibilities You must obtain written consent from any recognisable person (or their parent/guardian if the person is under 18) in your submitted image/s. Please attach evidence of this consent to the email when you submit your image.</p><p>4 Copyright and usage By submitting images to the ‘Passions for Parks’ campaign, you agree and warrant that:  you are the sole author of each entry and that it is your original work. Passion for Parks photo contribution form  you own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each entry. </p><p> you have the permission of those pictured in any image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent or guardian) and any other person required for the usage rights required in the section on licensing below and will indemnify the Queensland Government against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement. </p><p> you unconditionally release the Queensland Government from all liability for any damage or loss associated with the exercise of its rights in the section on licensing below in your images, captions and any information submitted under these terms and conditions. </p><p> you have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made in the licensing section below.</p><p>5 Licensing By submitting images to the ‘Passions for Parks’ campaign, you grant the Queensland Government a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence (including a right to sublicense) to reproduce, amend, crop, edit, enlarge, publish or exhibit the images and/or caption text in all media for the sole purpose of contributing to the positive promotion of Queensland’s national parks. Such promotion may include, but is not limited to:  News coverage of the ‘Passion for Parks’ campaign.</p><p> Queensland National Parks website.</p><p> Queensland National Parks Facebook page; @QldParks Instagram account.</p><p> Queensland National Parks printed materials, such as visitor information brochures, events materials and on-park signs.</p><p> associated exhibitions. </p><p> press releases to be distributed to national, regional and specialist media giving information about or promoting Queensland’s national parks.</p><p>The Queensland Government reserves the right not to use any submission at its sole discretion and for any reason. You will not be notified if your submission is not used.</p><p>6 Crediting Other than the licences you have given to us to use your image, you will retain full copyright for your entry. Whenever your entry is published by the Queensland Government you will be credited. Unless you let us know otherwise your photographs will be credited as ©Your name. Failure to publish a credit due to error, oversight, or your submission of wrong or incomplete details will not be deemed a breach of this condition.</p><p>7 Privacy Your details and any third party’s personal details will be stored by the Queensland Government for the purposes of the campaign. By submitting to our ‘Passions for Parks’ campaign, you agree that the Queensland Government can collect, save and process (including use and disclose) the personal information provided by you for the sole purposes of this campaign. Passion for Parks photo contribution form Do you agree to the terms and conditions? ☐Yes</p><p>Step 3 – Submit your photo/s 8 How to submit your ‘passion for parks’ photos  Make sure each image is as high a resolution JPEG as possible, at least 2048 X 1536 pixels for landscape shots (please don’t crop your images to this size, the image just needs to be a minimum of this size)  Tell us why you sent this image - add your caption.  Email your photo/s and a completed copy of this form to [email protected] OR use a file-sharing software (e.g. Dropbox) to share your image/s with us.  IMPORTANT! Put the national park, location and your name in the email subject heading (and the image file name). Remember to do this for each and every image and email that you submit. Thank you</p>
