The frontier had been tamed, great cities and businesses developed, and an overseas empire established, but not all citizens shared in the new wealth, prestige, and optimism. Your job is to research and rate the three Presidents below as to their effectiveness in bringing about reforms during this era. Start by taking notes from the video in class and continue your research in the textbook then expand to online sources and databases. Give each President a grade from A to F in terms of their effectiveness as a progressive leader.
