Master Chef Aldo will be overseeing ten Andiamo chefs who will be assisting in the preparation and serving of the restaurant’s food. It is anticipated that over 1600 working poor and chronically poor will be served. </p><p>“Food is the very essence of life,” Joe Vicari, President/CEO of Andiamo Restaurant Group, explains. “Our helping out provides assistance to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen and it gives the soup kitchen guests something special.
