<p>Trace Bronstone joined Union Bank in 2008 as Vice President in the Trust Operations Division. Trace's responsibilities includes the managerial oversight over thousands of daily securities processing transactions related Corporate Actions, Income Processing and Transitions. Previously, Trace served as Senior Manager at Schwab Institutional Prime Brokerage and Trading where he was instrumental in customizing and developing trading platforms to satisfy straight-through-processing standards. Trace changed roles as he moved to Schwab & Co to manage their Settlements Operations. Before entering the financial services industry, Trace acted as the Investment Officer for the City of Sunnyvale and managed the City's $160 million fixed income portfolio. Trace lives with his wife and three boys in Walnut Creek, California.</p>
