<p>Mock Trail Reflection</p><p>After observing the class mock trial, consider the questions that you find in this assignment sheet. Write up your thoughts on each of the questions. </p><p>Judge, Witness, Bailiff Reflection How would you have ruled in this case? In answering this question make sure to address issues such as: What evidence was the most important testimony? Was there some evidence introduced that was incorrect? What evidence did not get introduced? What evidence did the jury pay most attention to? Did this trial “work?” In other words, did the adversarial system give the jury the important facts so that they could come to an accurate conclusion? Who has the harder case, the prosecution or the defense?</p><p>Jury Reflection Did the jury get the correct verdict? In answering this question please consider: If you found guilty what evidence was the most important? If you found innocent, what evidence would have helped you to find guilty? How effective was the jury deliberation? Did this trial “work?” In other words, did the adversarial system give the jury the important facts so that they could come to an accurate conclusion?
