PL 10/0021 To receive Apologies for Absence There were none. </p><p>PL Declarations of Interest and Lobbying 10/0022 Cllrs Barker, Woodcock and Pearson were lobbied on Heath Farm item PL 10/030 and the Control Tower item PL 10/031.</p><p>PL Minutes 10/0023 The minutes from the 6th January 2010 were agreed and signed as a true record.</p><p>PL Chairman’s Announcements 10/0024 Cllr Woodcock announced that representatives of KHPC attended meetings with the Football club on 01/03/10 and Liberty on 03/03/10.</p><p>PL Matters arising from the Minutes not otherwise on the 10/0025 agenda</p><p>PL09/0129 – Tree Maintenance Cllr Barker reported that this matter is now resolved and nothing but praise has been received from the residents of Mitchell Road.</p><p>PL10/0019 – TM/09/03209/0B106V – Former Airstation, Gibson Drive – Application to modify S.106 Legal Agreement attached to TM/02/03429/OAEA (Outline application: Mixed development) to provide 169 affordable units on site and 19 units off site.</p><p>This was discussed at Full Council on 17/02/10 – Ref FC 10/0080</p><p>TM/010/00407/FLX – 21 Victoria Drive. Planning application received for Renewal of planning permission TM/05/00443/FL (ground floor garage extension and conversion of garage to dining room and study, first floor extension and repositioning of pedestrian access way) – Noted. </p><p>Planning – 03/03/2010 PAGE 53 Signed...... </p><p>The Parish Office has been asked to investigate the latest status Parish of this application and whether this application is pending an Office appeal.</p><p>Planning Applications</p><p>PL TM/10/00184/FL – 50 Braeburn Way – Proposed dormer 10/0026 extension to front roof slope - noted.</p><p>The committee voiced concerns regarding the front of the Parish property as this will not be in keeping with the style of the rest Office of the houses/properties in the same road.</p><p>PL TM/10/00240/AT – 17 Queen Street - Advertisement 10/0027 Application for Internal window sign, logos on existing externally illuminated projecting signs and window filming incorporating logos - noted.</p><p>Comments previously made were provided to the rest of the committee – reference e-mail dated 23/02/10 sent to TMBC.</p><p> There should be no opaque film on the small top windows front and rear as they are not in keeping with the surrounding units All etched films on doors and windows should be consistent throughout the front and rear of the property It is preferable that all logos should be etched film with “weeded out logos” rather than “...weeded out and backed with the same vinyl to produce a shadow type effect” as this would not be in keeping with the surrounding units The red door dots on the customer entrance are too bold and not in keeping with the surrounding units and should be consistent with the other etched films used elsewhere on the unit The illuminated “open” sign is totally out of keeping with the surrounding units The Manifestation Graphics on the front elevation are too bold and out of keeping with surrounding units</p><p>The Parish Office was asked to contact TMBC for the latest Parish update regarding this application. This is likely to be held on 13/04/2010.</p><p>PL Circulation of T&MBC Green "B" Lists to Members 10/0033 Lists dated from 04/01/2010 to 16/02/2010 were circulated – noted</p><p>PL Correspondence 10/0034 A letter was received from Rouse Kent (01/02/10) regarding the final construction phase of the Cricket Pavilion. It is anticipated that the Pavilion building will be complete by the end of June 2010 (letter circulated previously) – noted</p><p>The committee voiced concerns about the suggested route for the construction vehicles to this site and the additional amount of traffic this will add past Discovery School, especially with the unresolved parking issues outside the school.</p><p>The Parish Office was asked to contact Liberty and ask them to Parish consider another route for the construction traffic to this site.
