<p> 2017 N.C. Statewide Bocce Tournament Raleigh Regional Entry Form</p><p>Tournament description:</p><p>The Fifth Annual Statewide Tournament will hold regional semifinals in Raleigh, and Valdese. The First, Second, and Third place finalists from the Regional tournaments will be invited to compete in the Finals Championship event to be held in the fall (Date TBD)). The Raleigh Regional Tournament, proudly hosted by Triangle Sons of Italy Lodge 2817, will be held at the Clayton Community Park located at 1075 Amelia Church Road, Clayton, NC on Saturday, May 20, 2017 (Rain date – Sunday, May 21, 2017). </p><p>Teams will consist of four players (gender neutral), each throwing two balls per frame. A best-two-out-of-three game format will determine the match winners. The format at the State Finals may be subject to change to provide the Finalist teams the most level format in which they can compete.</p><p>State Finals CASH prizes: $300 for 1st Place </p><p>$200 for 2nd Place </p><p>$100 for 3rd Place </p><p>Entry Fee: A one-time fee of $40 per team or $75 for a team with a sponsor, to be paid at the Regional Tournament Level, will cover the cost of a regional entry and the State Finals, if qualifying. </p><p>Net proceeds from this Regional will be donated the the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.</p><p>Raleigh Regional Team Enrollment Form</p><p>Tournament Date May 20, 2017 Clayton Community Park Bocce Courts 1075 Amelia Church Road, Clayton, NC </p><p>Entry forms and $40 ($75 sponsored team) entry fee are due by Monday, May 15, 5:00 PM.</p><p>Checks made out to TSOI #2817 are to be mailed to Bernard Castellano Contact: [email protected] 405 Wapner Court Cary.
