<p>Please cut  and put on your refrigerator so you will remember the dates. </p><p>Pizza Lunch packages will be offered this school year for all students. Lunches will be supplied by “My Little Pizzeria” in Markham; a company currently dealing with many schools in York Region. Their products are all peanut-free, rennet-free, and lard-free; and comply with the Ontario School Food & Beverage Policy, which may be found at www.ontario.ca/healthyschools. </p><p>We ask that you help us by doing the following:</p><p> In an attempt to minimize confusion, Pizza Days are shown above and have been grouped. You are asked to participate in Group 1 dates or Group 2 dates or both Group 1 & 2 dates.</p><p> Extra slices of pizza may be ordered ONLY to accompany complete package orders.</p><p> Complete one Order Form for each child and return to school by Thurs., Nov. 12/15 . If you have more than one child at school, you may send one cheque per family. Please make sure FAMILY orders are stapled together with one cheque and return with your oldest child.</p><p> Make your cheque out to “Castlemore PS”. Please be sure your child’s name and homeroom teacher’s name is shown the front of your cheque.</p><p> Should you wish to participate in all 12 days, and pay by installment, please date your cheques: Nov. 12/15 for Group 1 dates and Jan. 4/16 for Group 2 dates. To avoid embarrassment, please keep track of post-dated cheques.</p><p> No refunds will be given due to absence of a student.
