Advanced Telehealth Solutions Receives URAC Health Call Center Accreditation

A health call center is an organization that provides triage and health information services to the public via telephone, website or other electronic means.</p><p>“The accreditation means the call center and its policies meet the highest standards in the industry,” said Tresa Marlow, director of telehealth.</p><p>The Advanced TeleHealth Solutions call center averages about 10,000 calls a month.
