In view of the limited tee-off times available, only 100 players will be accepted on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Late entries will be put on the reserve list.</p><p>Eligibility: HKAM Fellows and HKU/CUHK Medical Alumni are welcome.</p><p>Green Fee: Hong Kong Golf Club Member : Waived Non Hong Kong Golf Club Member : HK$800</p><p>Deadline of Entry: Monday, 31 October 2004</p><p>Format: Stableford points competition with maximum handicap 24. Players with handicap above 24 will play off 24. Men will play off the white tee. Ladies will play off the red tee. </p><p>Refreshments: Half-way house drinks will be provided.</p><p>Cocktails and Lunch: All participants will be invited to a cocktail reception at 12:00nn, followed by lunch with prize presentation after the tournament at the Poolside Dining Room, Hong Kong Golf Club.</p><p>Caddies and Golf Carts: Golf carts will be provided. Caddies are rarely needed in addition and will be at your own expense.
