Equipment will only be issued to those athletes that have participated in that sport at sometime at New Holstein High School. (It is understood that those athletes have been properly trained in safe use and proper care of that equipment.) 2. No equipment will be issued to non school district athletes. 3. No Game uniforms or Warm-ups will be issued for camp/out of season activities. 4. Equipment will be fitted and handed out by the head coach only. 5. Equipment will be returned on the next weekday upon arrival home from the camp or activity. 6. Equipment will be checked for unnecessary damage upon return. 7. Students at replacement cost will replace lost equipment. 8. Students will pay reconditioning costs if he/she does not participate in the upcoming sports season the equipment has been issued. 9. Athletes will make arrangements with the head coach at least five (5) days before barrowing equipment. 10. New Holstein High School is not liable for any injuries that occur during camps or activities equipment has been issued.</p>
