With the addition of the Bill of Rights the Anti-Federalists were now willing to vote in favor of ratification of the Constitution.</p><p>Look at the first five amendments to the Constitution. Look at the case and fill out the worksheet. Justices in agreement and Justices dissent is the number of Justices for or against in the class.
