Space limitations may occur so please respond as soon as possible. If you are bringing a tent, please indicate size. No stakes are allowed so please bring appropriate equipment to secure your tent. There will be no electricity provided. DO NOT DUMP YOUR HOT OIL ON THE COURT HOUSE GRASS. </p><p>The Chamber of Commerce office hours for checking in and setting up will be Saturday, September 9th from 7am through 10 a.m. Please check with the Chamber to find your location. Anyone who sets up before the specified time or not in their specified location will be asked to move.</p><p>All vendors will be filtered through our committee for acceptance. A refund check will be sent back to you in the event the committee thinks your food is not applicable for the event. We ask that all food be of Ethnic Origin.</p><p>Insurance Requirements: It is required that all food vendors carry their own insurance for PRODUCT LIABILITY AND PERSONAL LIABILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS of $1,000,000 and request that the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce be added as additional insured. Your certification of insurance must accompany your application and must clearly show expiration date, and amount of coverage. We cannot use any vendor who is not in compliance with the requirement by set up date of event. State of MN. Food & Beverage License required.
