<p> ANNEXURE - I WORK INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR ESS APPLICATIONS</p><p>1.0 HOW TO LOGIN IN ENTERPRISE PORTAL</p><p>Please follow the instructions as described in Browser Configuration manual , before user tries to login.</p><p>Step I - Open Internet explorer </p><p>Step II - Type http://oilep in address space or Type http://172.16.100.40:50000/irj/portal in address space </p><p>The following screen would appear </p><p>Step III – Type your user Id. For example p0001 for salary code 1 p0012 for salary code 12 p0123 for salary code 123 p1234 for salary code 1234 All user Id will begin with letter p and will have minimum 5 characters. Step IV - Type welcome as your initial password and press enter or press login button. The password is case sensitive. </p><p>You have successfully logged in Enterprise Portal.</p><p>2.0 Changing Password</p><p>Step I: Click on personalize button as shown below</p><p>A new window will appear as below Step II: Click on User password to change your initial password. The following screen would appear</p><p>Step III: Type Old Password: welcome New Password : <your new password> Confirm Password : < your new password> Click on save Button and click on close button.</p><p>2.1 USER MAPPING FOR EMAIL SIGN-IN Through user mapping activity, one would be able to access email & other information in OILWEB. This is a one time activity only. User would be able to access email through Enterprise Portal, as presently being done in OILWEB. For this, following procedure is to be followed. Step I: Click on personalize button as shown below</p><p>Step II: A new window will appear. Click on User Mapping</p><p>Step III: In the “System” List box select the System as “WEBMAIL”.</p><p>Enter the “User Name” and “Password” as you do in E-mail sign-in through OILWEB. click on “SAVE”; the following screen will appear Step IV: Now click on Close button.</p><p>2.2 User Mapping for Oilweb</p><p>Step I: Click on personalize button as shown below</p><p>A new window will appear. Step II : Click on User Mapping. In the “System” List box select the System as “Oilweb”.</p><p>Enter the “User Name” and “Password” as you do in OILWEB sign-in </p><p>Step III: Click on “Save” the following screen will appear Result: You have successfully completed the User Mapping for Oil web & Email. </p>
