<p> STANLEY HEIGHTS BAPTIST CHURCH FINE ARTS ACADEMY 2017-2018 Academy Year</p><p>To register, please contact Dr. Thomas Email: [email protected]</p><p>Private Lessons</p><p>15 Week Terms</p><p>1st Term Sept. 5-Dec. 15, 2017</p><p>2nd Term Jan. 8-April 27, 2018 (Spring Break, no lessons April 2-6 except by arrangement with instructor)</p><p>Summer Term May 7-June 29, 2018 (8 weeks)</p><p>Note: In addition to the above dates, terms can commence on any agreed upon date and terminate in 15 or 8 weeks.</p><p>Tuition Fall and Spring Terms (15 weeks): $225.00 per term paid in advance of first lesson. Alternate monthly payment plan: $60.00 per mo. due in advance of the first lesson of each month. A minimum of 13 half-hour lessons Family rates (children under 18 years old): $225 for 1st child $215 for 2nd child $205 for each additional child Summer Term Tuition (8 weeks): $120.00 ($115.00 for 2nd child, $110.00 each additional child) A minimum of 7 half-hour lessons</p><p>Classes (schedule and minimum number as above)</p><p>45 minute classes, minimum of 3 students; (2 students, 30 minute classes) Tuition: $150.00 per term paid in advance of first class. Alternate monthly payment plan: $40.00 per mo. due in advance of the first class of each month.</p><p>Private Lessons and Classes Weekly lessons/classes - except holidays (Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day). No make-ups for holidays or missed lessons.</p><p>Instruments/Materials Instruments can be purchased or rented through local music stores or purchased on the internet. Most lessons/classes will require purchase of music and/or other materials. Payment for music provided by the teacher is made to the teacher.</p>
