Each PP will then receive an envelope that contains several sheets of white scrap paper inside of it. PPs will also receive a pen. The GL will then instruct each PP to write their name on their envelope. The GL will then tell them that the way the compliment game works is that each PP will pass their envelope clockwise and the person sitting clockwise will have one minute to write on a blank piece of paper from the envelope one very nice thing about the person whose name appears on the envelope, but will not write their name anywhere on the piece of paper. After that minute is up PPs will pass the envelope clockwise again. This will continue till the envelope reaches the person whom it belongs to. At the end each PP will have time to read all the wonderful anonymous compliments they have received. During this process there should be little to no talking and nothing negative should be said out loud or on paper about the person whose envelope a PP poses. This game is only to boost self esteem, not to hurt anybody.

0:13-0:55 The compliment game begins The GL will tell the PPs that they can now pass their envelopes clockwise. Each PP will be given one minute to write on a blank sheet of paper inside the envelope they currently hold. GL will tell PPs to switch every minute. This will continue till PPs receive their envelopes back. 0:55-1:00 Wrap up/ clean up The GL will tell the PPs that they can now look inside their envelopes. After reading them GL will tell the PPs that they hope they realize what awesome friends they have not only in NFTY but in their grade level as well! Then PPs will be dismissed to the next program or activity.
