<p> Welcome to Owens Corning Product Quality System To register, transfer, or open a claim on a property please follow the steps outlined below.</p><p> Visit our online portal at www.warranty.owenscorning.com.</p><p> Select the Home Owner / Property Owner option.</p><p> If you are new to the system, you will need to create your own account.</p><p> o Select the “Are you a new user?” button available and complete the registration form provided. </p><p> o Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory Fields marked with double asterisk (**) means one of the marked fields are mandatory.</p><p> o Be sure to select the Validate Address option. This ensures we have the most up to date information in our records.</p><p> o Create a unique username and password.</p><p>. Usernames cannot contain special characters.</p><p>. Passwords should contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 special and 1 numeric character, and be a minimum of 6 characters.</p><p> o Email verification will be sent confirming the new registration. </p><p> o Contact [email protected] or 1-800-766-3464 to have the account finalized. </p><p>. The account must be finalized to ensure the property and username are linked.</p><p> If you are already signed up on the portal, log in with your username and password.</p><p> o If you have forgotten your username or password, select the “Forgot password” option.</p><p> o If you have not already linked the username and property, please contact [email protected] or 1-800-766-3464 to have the account finalized.</p><p> Once logged in, simply select the desired action from the menu on the left including:</p><p> o Registering a standard warranty. o Reviewing any registrations in progress.</p><p> o Submit a warranty claim.</p><p> o Review a warranty claim status.</p><p> o Manage your user profile.</p><p>For assistance, there is a help option available via online .
