ZONE WEBSITE Clubs are to ensure that the Website Protocols are carried out. The Zone Secretary will return emails not complying with the protocols. All Clubs have been emailed the Protocols, and are listed under Information on the Zone website.</p><p>2. QUALIFYING DAY-DRESSAGE & S/JUMPING Riders at this Qualifying day will be randomly drawn for starting order, in both Dressage & SJumping Moved Judy Jenkin and seconded by Shelly McCrae CARRIED</p><p>3. QUALIFYING DAY- FLAT,MUSICAL & GAMES. Zone Secretary to contact each rostered Club and to be given a contact phone number for a nominated person to liaise with.</p><p>4. CHANGE OF DATE FOR WDPC CHALLENGE Western District Pony Club requested to change the date of their Pony Club Challenge from the 28th June to the 31st May 2009. As this did not clash with any other events, approval was granted.</p><p>5. C CERTIFICATE EFFIENCY DAY Next day will be held on 19th July 2009. Entries close Friday 12th June.</p><p>6. PENSHURST PONY CLUB UNIFORM Penshurst Pony Club submitted a Polo top that was ratified by the Zone. Zone Secretary to notify PCAV</p><p>7. REFUND ON ATTENDANCE LEVY @ ZONE EVENTS The Zone will not refund this levy, unless the Zone Secretary has been notified, prior to the day of the competition, or a doctors /vet certificate is produced. Moved Jenni Kinneally and seconded by Judy Jenkins CARRIED</p><p>8. STATE CHAMPIOSNHIPS 2011 The Sub Committee will make a decision in regard to the Venue for this event. Jenni Kinnealy and Shelly McCrae were asked to be on Sub Committee Moved Jenni Kinneally and seconded by Karen Bell. CARRIED</p><p>9. CLUB RULES FOR PROGRAMMES Emu Creek PC expressed their disappointment with members disregarding their request that dogs were prohibited at their HTrials. Clubs have the right to implement their own rules of compliance at events. Reminders to be emailed to all clubs, asking them to inform their members to read the programme and to adhere to these rules</p><p>10. YARDS @ EMU CREEK When the Zone conducts en Event @ these grounds, it is the responsibility of the member to contact Emu Creek Pony Club in regard to hiring the yards, not the Zone.</p><p>11. ZONE FEES The fees for the Zone will stay the same as last year- $60.00 per Club and $3.00 per rider.</p><p>12. CLUB DATES Dates for 2009/2010 Club Events must be sent to the Zone Secretary by the 13th May 2009. They will be discussed at the May meeting. NEXT MEETING: 27th MAY 2009 @ KIRKSTALL HOTEL, 8.00 P.M.
