<p> THE OUTCOME STAR - FAMILY STAR PLUS WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS</p><p>Following the implementation of the Early Help Assessment Tool (EHAT) Liverpool City Council would like to encourage colleagues and partners to attend the Outcome Star – Family Star Plus workforce development sessions.
